Can I email an order?

Of course we accept orders via email. However, sending personal information through email is sometimes not safe or secure and you can also call us on +4021 223 00 68. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 17:00 pm (excluding public holidays).

I live outside Romania. Can I order from FUNPLAY?

Yes. We do ship orders outside Romania.

What payment method can I use?

Payment should be done through the bank. Sometimes we may accept payment at delivery.

Will my items look exactly as pictured?

We try to provide the best images possible however actual products may not be identical to items pictured.

When will my approved order be shipped?

Our goal is to process and ship all orders on all available goods within 3-4 weeks from payment. For orders received on weekends and holidays your order will be processed within 24 hours the next business day, for confirmation of goods availability. An email notification that your order has been approved and the goods have been shipped following payment, along with a tracking number, will be sent to you shortly after your order has been processed.

When will my shipped order be delivered?

Shipments are made via courier. In most cases you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days or less based upon the level of applicable shipping service.

What is a warranty?

The warranty means that for a certain period after purchase, any manufacturing defect will be repaired free-of-charge or the product will be replaced if cannot be repaired. Each product has been manufactured to precise quality standards. All products are extremely reliable but it is possible that faults can develop over time. The warranty period begins from the date printed on the invoice.

How do I claim a free repair under warranty?

All you will need is the invoice that you were given when you bought the product. Without this evidence you cannot make a claim on your warranty. You make sure that the product is properly packed to prevent further damages. You give your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address so you can be reached easily.

What if the warranty period has expired?
