Funplay products Delivery Terms

Funplay DELIVERY

Time of delivery is subject to FUNPLAY confirmation of order receipt, of order approval and of stock availability. Delivery of products purchased from FUNPLAY normally should be between 4 - 8 weeks.

The product ordered is received at Client’s premises via courier. The transport cost will be supported by the Client and specified in the online order at approval. If Client orders by phone or email, FUNPLAY will also inform the Client about transport costs. Rates may vary depending on weight or volume. In exceptional cases, transportation may be free.


 

All payments must be made by bank transfer. The bank payment evidence according to invoice should be preferably sent to FUNPLAY, by fax or email. No other payment methods are currently accepted online. In exceptional cases, payment at delivery at courier may be accepted. The Client agrees to notify FUNPLAY within sixty (60) days after any discrepancy appears between the amounts paid and Client’s bank statement. If FUNPLAY does not receive payment, the Client agrees that his order is not valid and will be automatically suspended. Partial payments are not considered payments but advances and will be held until full payment, but not more that thirty (30) days from the first advance. No order processing will start before the full payment. Upon expiration of this period, the advance amounts will be refunded. The Client is responsible for paying any duty, value-added or other taxes imposed on his purchases, by the bank or by third parties. FUNPLAY will not be responsible for any unauthorized amounts billed to the Client’s account by a third party.


 

The time of delivery may vary, within the limits posted by FUNPLAY, however minor delays are not of essence and no responsibility is accepted for minor delays in delivery and any provision for penalties for delay in delivery is hereby excluded.

In case of major and unjustified delays, delay compensation may be asked by FUNPLAY, properly justified, however in all cases not exceeding 10% of the value of the product order, offered as additional discount.

 

FUNPLAY PRODUCT RETURN

Funplay RETURNS

The Client may request the return of products in the following situations:

• Product is not as specified. If the product proves not to be ordered as specified, the Client may request its return for replacement or full refund.

• Wrong Product is delivered. Delivery of product other than that ordered can be immediately detected and the Client should immediately refuse acceptance.

FUNPLAY will confirm the problem and only in that case, will propose either a replacement with another product or a refund. If the Client prefers a replacement with a product of a higher value, he will pay the difference, while if the value is lower the Client will receive a partial refund and the new product. Transportation costs for product return and replacement, if any, shall be borne by the Client.
