Quality Standards for Inflatable Units:
All of our Inflatable Units come with Certificate of Conformity issued by ISCIR/CERT according to the HG1102/2002 for the Romanian Market.
All of our Inflatable Units comply with the EN, French M2 and the NY fire certificate for the International Market.
The material used conforms to all major Material Standards including BS EN 71, EN ISO 1421:1998 and EN ISO 2411:2000. The material is a fire - retardant and low-toxicity polyester.
The above requirements produce a SAFE & HARD wearing inflatable product.

ADVENTURE PLAY STRUCTURES are constructed by the following materials:
Steel pipes are according DIN 2440 and galvanized according DIN 2444. Steel pipes connecting by Clamp pipes joint connection according TUV Mark E20 with the TPS PP 52175:2001 tested on a voluntary basis, Report No: 700220007
Steel tubes outside covered by special tube foam “Armafoam”, din 53572, 50%, 23 dgr, C: 72hrs which outside is covered by special quality PVC type B2, din 4102-B2 PVC with anti UV protection.
?rmafoam is fixed on metal tubes with Clamp Ties 391mm/120lb loop tensile strength.
The whole structure is covered by NET according to DIN EN 10204 2.2.
Platforms, steps and bubble steps will be made using 18mm wooden platforms type Trophi NF Exterieur CTB-X, AFNOR Certificate No 1192/2003 according to ?? 314-2 standards and padded with 30mm recon foam type 40 - Rebondec No 1000, 93+/- 2 kgr and coated with a layer of brightly colored PVC type M2, 1100dtex, 650 gr/sqm, Fabric Strength 2.500 N/5cm, Tear Strength 200 N.
All other soft activities will be made of multiflex foam type 40 - Rebondec No 1000, 93+/- 2 kgr coated by brightly colored PVC type M2, 1100dtex, 650 gr/sqm, Fabric Strength 2.500 N/5cm, Tear Strength 200 N.
Slide and Tunnel has been manufactured in accordance with the specified materials with the fire resistant requirements up to M2 classifications and it is conformity with all up to date regulations for indoor-outdoor play areas guidance on safe practice.
The floor of baby park is covered by recon foam type 40 - Rebondec No 1000, 93+/- 2 Kgr, and coated with a layer of brightly colored pvc type M2, 1100dtex, 650 gr/sqm, Fabric Strength 2.500 N/5cm, Tear Strength 200 N.
Multicolor balls are according test ICP UNI of Istituto Italiano Sicurezza Dei Giocattoli, and according to EN71 part 3 (12/1995.
The structure complies with all security and conformity standards according to EN 1176 & EN 1177 specifications.
